This was our first cruise, and what a way to start cruising. Holland America did not disappoint us. Everything was first class, from the land tour arrangements to the cruise itself. Nothing was overlooked in any way to ensure comfort. The staff is extreemely knowledgeable and helpful. We took tour 28, the grand land tour followed by the cruise. The places we went were interesting and we had absolutely the best accommodations possible along the way. We saw all the wildlife we expected to see at each stop and we were awed by the vast beautiful scenery. The Yukon and Alaska are truly a sight to behold. The cruise itself pampered us so much we really did not want to leave. Holland America is first class and we will cruise with them again in the future.

| Quality of Food | |
| We ate most meals in the Ships dining room and had a variety of different dishes | | Entertainment | |
| The Singers and Dancers of the Zaandam were wonderful | | Shore Excursions | |
| Best shore excursion was the Tundra Wilderness Tour into Denali National Park
The least favorite was the flight to the Artic Circle. Not quite what we expected, hotest place in Alaska | | Staff | |
| Our Land Tour Director Gabe was wonderful. On the ship, Patrick from the Lido Buffett sang to everyone and was quite entertaining. Rianto from the dining room was a wonderful server. | | Children's Facilities | n/a |
